Brief Answer:
Melano tx

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
Your general skin colour is dark.
There are no patches of pigmentation hence treatment from within is required.
Only creams won't help.
I treat such cases with tablet melano tx ( proanthocyanidin and tranexemic acid ).
It decreases pigmentation from within and gives excellent response within a month.
You can try this in consultation with your doctor.
Along with this apply kojic acid cream in night.
In morning you must apply a sunscreen with 50 spf.
This should help you.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you

Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for response.

"You can try this in consultation with your doctor."
Do I need to consult a Dermatologist in person and provide your suggestions ?
My understanding is that here I would be getting prescription and I don't need to get to contact another doctor. My biggest problem is that I don't know which doctor to try ... I tried five doctors and also Anoo's treatment (along with facial packs).
I can contact the doctor not a problem, can you refer any Dermatologist from XXXXXXX ?

Or else can you provide exactly which medicines to use i.e., which tables will have melano tx and which product of kojic acid cream to use ?

B'coz when I googled, I got multiple products.

Awaiting for your response.

Regards, XXXXXXX
Does the above medicines also work as anti-aging i.e., assuming that on reduction in pigmentation or melanin will make my face look active and look younger. If not what extra precautions or medicines should I be taking ??

Brief Answer:
Get it prescribed

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
Melano tx is the trade name. The capsule comes by this name in market.
It contains proanthocyanidin and tranexemic acid.
We cannot provid a prescription here hence I mentioned that you may contact a doctor and get it prescribed.
It decreases melanin production and hence improves skin color.
It doesn't havanti ageing effect.
You can take an antioxidant capsule in addition for anti ageing effect.
Kojic acid comes by the name of kojivit or kojiglow.
You can use any of these.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Spoke to a general physician. He told that Melano tx with would be used to reduce/stop bleeding from woulds. Don't know that the same tablet also would be used reduce pigmentation.

I would consult the Dermatologist over the weekend and will get back to you. How should I contact you if required ?

How long do I need to use the tables Melano tx and antioxidant capsule to check if they have positive effect or not ? It it gives better result, should I continue using or stop after certain period of time ?

Assuming that I need to continue using the Kojic acid cream and suncreen with 50 spf. Correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks and Regards, XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
It is safe

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Yes it is the same medication which decreases bleed from wound, however at low doses it reduces skin pigmentation and is also safe.
Use of antioxidants will help you delay ageing and wrinkles on face.
This tablet should be used for atleast 3 months.
You can contact me here with a follow up question.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
