Brief Answer:
Are you in pains? For how long has this been going on?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this difficulty with your foreskin. I have reviewed the attached image and this is suggestive of phimosis. This is a condition in which the foreskin is unable to freely move over the glans of the penis. If this happened just of recent and it is painful, see your doctor immediately. You may require a minor surgical procedure to address this and release the bad of tissue preventing free movement. If this is not the case, then book an appointment with a urologist for review. However, the single and most effective intervention that guarantees no recurrence would be a circumcision. Unless you have very strong beliefs against circumcision, I will like to recommend that rather for you at this time.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Brief Answer:
Drugs will not really help...but try Ibuprofen for inflammation!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The main problem is mechanical and drugs will not really help that much. My suggestion that you wait and see a doctor if there is no pain. Ibuprofen could help with any swelling and possibly allow for it to be push back into a normal position but this is very unlikely. I will say try it but nit too sure if this will make any real difference.

I wish you well and do keep me posted.
