Brief Answer:
You have Phimois

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed Phimosis mostly secondary to Genital Candidiasis ..

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Are you diabetic?
2)What is your age ?
3) Since how many days you are unable to retract your foreskin?

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination to confirm the diagnosis and get following basic tests done to confirm th diagnosis.
1) Blood sugar levels to rule out diabetes.
2) Swab test and culture of a discharge fro the penis

Start takin g antibiotics like Augmentin and anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac with anti fungal drugs like Fluconzole twice daily and topical anti fungal cream like Candid for local application .

If problem persists yoy may need to get circumcised .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
