Brief Answer:
Peptic ulcer seem the most probable reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Stomach pain (upper middle abdominal pain) along with lack of appetite and weight loss are typical symptoms of peptic ulcer. Due to factors like stress, bad diet, Helicobacter Pylori infection, pain killers intake a wound in the stomach or duodenum surface appears. This wound is constantly irritated by an acid. This causes pain and prevents from proper healing.
The pain can be present when you are hungry (duodenum ulcer) or right after a meal (stomach ulcer). It is always dull, does not radiate to the back, does not go away after pain killers.

Abdominal ultrasound and blood work should be done at first. If nothing will be found (what is typical for an ulcer), gastroscopy should be the next step. This test allows to diagnose ulcer and detect H.Pylori infection. I suggest you to consult gastroenterologist.

If an ulcer will be confirmed, medicines called PPI (proton pump inhibitors - like Omeprasole) can cure it completely.

In a meanwhile please avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, coffee, chocolate, orange juices, alcohol. Take soft foods.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
