Brief Answer:
different possible causes

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Nausea can be due to different causes.

Some of the more common causes are: (1)due to reflux
(2)liver disease such as infection of the liver
(3)presence of gallstones
(4)other infections such as urinary tract infections can sometimes cause nausea
(5)side effect of medications- if you are using any traditional or herbal meds, this is possible side effect of some,so you should check the side effect profile
(6)high blood levels of calcium
(7)kidney failure
(8)alcohol use
(9)vertigo
(10)lesion in the brain- rare cause
(11)mass in the bowel-rare cause
(12)ulcer in the stomach- would have a history of reflux

Medications such as dramamine or peptobismol would help the nausea. These can be used together safely.
Using small meals, dry foods with minimal frying or gravy may help along with peppermint and ginger.

To find the cause, you would need blood tests and imaging after your abdomen is examined to see if there is any obvious cause
Specific treatment would depend on the specific cause found

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
