Brief Answer:
Will need some more information about your concern

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting your question to HCM,

I will need to know some more information in order to answer your question more accurately.
Does your headache spread somewhere else in the head?
What type it is- pulsating, dull, sharp?
Which part of the day it is worse?
How bad it is from 0-10 (if 10 is the worse pain you have ever had)?
Have you tried any medicine, and did it help if yes?
When you say constant, do you mean it have never stopped during all these weeks?
Any other symptoms associated with it?

Please kindly provide the information needed above, and I will be happy to answer your question and give my thoughts about it.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako

Brief Answer:
signs need to be taken seriously; rule out possibility of serious problems

Detailed Answer:
Hello again dear,

From what you are describing, there are some red flags (signs to worry about) there.
It looks like it is a new pain, that you hadn't had before, the facts that it never stops and its not alleviated by any drug you tried, the localized pain...all signs that are not present in a common headache.

My recommendation would be that you need to visit your local doctor in order for him to perform a neurological exam, and then depending on its result consider doing a CT scan/ MRI of the head, which will rule out any mass in the brain/head that may be causing the headache. If that is not the case, then other causes of headache may be identified.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need any further clarification. I would be happy to answer. Otherwise please rate and close the question.
Let me know about your decision or the results of your visit to the doctor, if you decide to go.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
