Question: I had diareah twice after having some soup I assumed I had food poisoning after a couple hours I went to pee and blood came out of the rectum with no stool I have since peed again it was clear should I be concerned further ?

You need to get it examined by a surgeon and may need a detailed digital rectal examination and sigmoidoscopy. The other symptoms of food poisoning are not present yet so Monitor any increase in symptoms before deciding to seek a medical facility for management with fluids of antibiotics.
