Zapiz 0.25 1-1-1 zotipax 0.5 0-0-1 Qutan 100 0-0-1 emsidon (lurasidone) 40 0-0-1 clonil 25 1-0-1

I can understand your concern but need more information about complaints. The drugs you have mentioned are mood stabilisers and antidepressants. Diresta OD is a mood stabiliser, Nexito and Bupropion are antidepressant drugs, Lurasidone, Zotepine, Qutan are antipsychotics and mood stabilisers. Zapiz is a benzodiazepine drug.

Hello thanks for providing details

These drugs are right drugs for resistant depression. Even with these medicines your symptoms like lack of interest are persisting. You can discuss with your doctor and can ask for increase in dose of Diresta OD to 1000 mg per day. No need to take half of 500 mg because dividing the drug reduces its effectiveness.

Dose of Qutan can be reduced because you are already taking Lurasidone which is also an antipsychotic with mood stabiliser drug.

Increasing the dose of Diresta will definitely improve your symptoms.

You have said that to increase the dosage of Diresta OD but suppose in morning i take full 500 and night also full 500 then is there any stimulant which you can prescribe or any other class of antidepressant for my symptoms of depression.

Hello again

Increasing the dose will even control the persisting symptoms of depression. I don't think there is any need to add one more antidepressant drug.

You are on Nexito 20 mg per day, Burpopion 300 mg per day and Clonil 50 per day. All are antidepressant drugs and adding one more drug will only increase the risk of serious serotonin syndrome.

Making dose adjustments of Diresta will control the depressive symptoms. Please remain relaxed. Make dose adjustments only after consulting your prescribing doctor.
