Question: i have had abdominal pain for over 48 hours, alot of diarhhea. everything i eat goes right through me. My stool at time is very black and runny, almost stringy, like mucous. No blood present, nor am i throwing up. My abdomen is sore to the touch.

Hi and thank you for using HCM.
You are reporting to have diarrhea with mucous . I read too that this is happening after an antibiotic course with Augmentin.
Your symptom seems to be related with :
- candida overgrowth due to antibiotic use
- acute gastroenteritis.
At Your situation I would suggest to :
- use plenty of water
- use hydramine/ tasectan with electrolytes
- use probiotics
- use fresh fruit juices
- take rest
- start an antifungal drug like fluconazole
If your symptoms doesn't improve fare a couple of days that you should perform exams like:
- blood work
- culture stool test
- abdominal ultrasound
