Brief Answer:
Yes, you can use. Keep area dry also

Detailed Answer:
HI,
Thanks for asking.

I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

If it is a penile yeast/ thrush infection, I would advise my patients to:

a. Keep the area dry - moisture will increase further fungal infection
b. Wear loose clothing's around the area to avoid excessive sweating.
c. Yes, you can use over the counter anti-fungals like candid powders to treat it.

However, if it does not reduce within 8-9 days, you will need to meet your doctor to rule out other causes.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.

Brief Answer:
Yes, Use only locally for now

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for asking again.

At present oral is not necessary. If it does not go after a few days, then oral can be started.

You can start with Monistat or diflucan for local application. Need to keep area dry.

Hope it helps.
