Brief Answer:
It depends on the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Numbness is usually related to peripheral nerves dysfunction that may be caused by several factors ( diabetes, low vitamin B12, compression, trauma etc.).

Best treatment is to treat first the underlying cause.

Chymoral is used to relieve swelling and edema.

Augmentin is an antibiotic.

So, if there is infection and edema in the leg, those drugs are okay to be used and may improve numbness too.

Numbness also can be improved by use of drugs such Gabapentin, Pregabalin etc.

Since these are prescription drugs, you should discuss with your primary care Doctor about their indications and use.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
