It seems that you are suffering from anxiety disorder. It is a medical terminology for increased anxiety which may lead to panic attacks. You need to relax and take life with a pinch of salt. I understand that things might not always be favorable but you cannot always help. Certain anxiolytics like alprazolam in low dose can be useful for you but these are prescription medicines and you would have to get them prescribed by your doctor.
