Question: When I finish urinating, I feels like there is something still there, like I still need to go- it is painful. I've had bladder infections and yeast infections and this does not feel like either of those problems.

Brief Answer:
Bladder spasms

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you are having pain upon urination. Notably only at the end of urination. This sounds like you are having bladder spasms. At the end of urination the bladder is going into spasms trying to completely void. This may need treatment with a bladder spasm medication like levsin. You could also have a disease called interstitial cystitis. This is an inflammation of the bladder for unknown cause. This would require a cystoscopy and biopsy to determine if you have the interstitial cystitis. I would recommend that you see your medical provider and see about treatment for bladder spasms and the if not better then see a urologist.

in summary
1. Bladder spasms
2. Treat with levsin
3. If not better then see urology for possible Interstitial cystitis.
