Suggest Treatment For Painful Fungal Infection In Nail

Question: Dear sir,
i have nail fungus which is getting worse day after day.its itchy and the nail bed is infected.sometimes its painful too. every time i consulted a doctor they prescribe antifungul medicines for long durations which i found to be damaging for the liver. As a result i need your opinion if there is any way like laser or something new developments for effective, permanent and side effect free solution.

Fungal infection of nails require prolonged treatment.
Tablet fluconazole 150 mg per week for at least 6 months is highly effective and safe.
There are no laser or any other treatments available for this.

It is fungal infection.
Please start with tablet fluconazole 150 mg per week for at least 24 weeks and apply ointment terbinafine twice daily for the same duration.
