Brief Answer:
Most likely bony pain because of surgey

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that as it's been just 3 months post surgery and these pains which your are experiencing are most likely to be due to surgery as they have to detach sternum from ribs and healing of this takes time.

Usually these pains settle after 6 months and in some patients more than a year or may be life long. Pain killer and hot water foment ation will be helpful.

However if you have doubt for cardiac issues then it can be confirmed with a repeat angiography or stress echo.

I hope this information will answer your query.

Kind Regards
