Question: I have pain mainly in my penice,sometimes it spreads obove the rectum.i have a catheter,so it seems to be caused from bacteria,i'm taking now antibiotics,but this afternoon I still had some pain.there might be some weakness in kidneys,but I was told thath it might be caused by urine infection

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Urinary tract infections could indeed lead to such a presentation although constipation could also be contributory. An urinary tract infection can be confirmed by getting urine routine microscopy with culture sensitivity done. In case of such an infection you need to drink plenty of water. Depending on the urine reports you might to take appropirate antibiotics.

Additionally, in relation to constipation, my suggestions would be to:
* Avoid long gaps between meals. Take small but frequent meals.
* Spicy food has to be avoided.
* It is very important to exercise regularly.
* High dietary fiber intake has to be ensured. Plenty of green leafy vegetables are to be taken. Fiber supplements like psyllium husk can also be taken along. This has to be taken daily at dinner irrespective of whether the problems are present.
