    Suggest treatment for pain in the lower jaw

Question: For Dr. Bhagyesh V. XXXXXXX

i ho[e u will be fine sir. Sir first i want to just describe the condition that i have now. as you know my case. now the groin pain is not at all i have. means from last 2 weeks i have not observed any specific pain. sometimes a very slight dull pain comes but i dont think its a pain.
2nd you know i was having problem of penis yeast infection. which also cleared near about more the a month . now no such pain or feeling i have.
The problem that i am facing is the throat or near jaw slight pains. that gives me tention. such type of pain i dont think its due to throat or due to some flue. because sir its location is below ear and near lower jaw. pain less but dull and it is the area of ending of lower jaw muscles. sir such type of pain is changing locations. means if now have in right side may b after 2 days i will same thing in left side. its not as much that a proper pain that will effect me from normal routine. but sir i have tried many things. now this pain is reduced and last one week i did not observed may b less. or not . but now again i have. i have a fear of immune system problem. i am taking centrum multivitamins . But such pain are giving stress. kindly suggest someting.

* Additional suggestions for jaw discomfort ( which seems more of
occasional muscular discomfort at this stage )

- Avoid hard stuffs to be chewed more by mouth for grinding , eating.

- Keep clove in the mouth for 2 times till it dissolves fully, which will
Release micro anti oxidants to help this episodes.
- Continue multivitamins.

- Light exercises involving neck muscles as
- Circumferential rotation of nape of neck for 180 degrees clock wise &
anti clock wise in slow motion for 5 minutes daily .
- Avoid sudden, jerky, thrust movements of the jaw or neck.
- Take regular sound sleep of 7 - 8 hrs.
- No stress, anxiety at all.
