Question: My 15 yr old sat down a few days ago,and he sat down on his testicles too hard,since that time hes has pain,and a knot on his left testicle,and now smaller,he is really worried.Can you help,please?

He may need a scrotal scan, if severe pain.

Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.
If the pain and swelling over the testis is severe, the safest step is to get him examined, by an Urologist.
If needed, the doctor usually gets an ultrasound scan with doppler of the scrotum.
That will show very clearly, the extent of the injury, if present.
If not severe, just a scrotal support is enough, and review in two days.
If severe, treatment depends on the report.
The knot on the left testis can be made out very clearly.
