Brief Answer:
Please provide more information for better assessment

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX
Welcome to health care magic
I will definitely help you in best possible way but I will be requiring more information for better assessment of the condition like

Any history of trauma or injury?
Is there any swelling or pain on touch
Have you ever had similar complaint in past?
Your height weight and built, are you obese or overweight?

Meanwhile you can take painkiller like acetaminophen or diclofenac for pain relief
you should take complete rest until diagnosis confirms
You can use knee brace or crepe bandage after applying analgesic ointment or spray like volini or moove.

Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more precisely.
Best regards

Brief Answer:
Please consider these guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Welcome again
Sudden onset pain and swelling without any history of trauma or injury might be suggestive of acute inflammatory condition

In my opinion you should take acetaminophen or ibuprofen or combination of these two, you can take one tablet 2 to 3 times a day
you can apply any analgesic ointment like moove or volini gel or spray
Crepe bandage or knee braces can be used
SWD radiation or physiotherapy is advisable
If it doesn't decreases in a day or two than you have to consult your nearest doctor for physical examination and an X ray knee to rule out cellulitis.
In case of cellulitis you may require a course of antibiotics under supervision.

Hope this answers your question
Wishing you good health
