Question: I was very anxious and in hospital last year, I do not know if it contributed to what I am experiencing.after that when I feel better I started drinking coffee and it irritated my nerve. I started to have feeling pain/cool sensation in my nerve on my head . It was getting better but now I feel pain again if I stress my head. In the morning it was refreshed and I feel OK. In late afternoon, the pain/sensation will show up and on and off until I sleep again. Is this inflammation? Please advise? even though it is mild but it is quite annoying. is there any way to smooth the feeling?

Brief Answer:
Headache and anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
thank you for trusting HCM
I read you query and understand your concern
Unfortunately the symptoms you are suffering, the way you describe those don't lead to any dangerous disorder so you don't have reason to be worried too much
In my opinion as I always suggest to my patient, caffeine and energy drinks should always be avoided in anxiety disorder
It seems that you are suffering from a combination of tensive headache and anxiety
You should be careful in taking regularly your meals , don't abuse with sleeping time
I think that starting amitryptiline will help you in avoiding those feelings
Treatment is fully effective so discuss with your doctor about my opinion
Hope my answer will be of help
Please feel free to ask for further information or doubts
Wish you all the best and fast recovery
