TG bit hgh / Pain nonspecific / Get examined

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Triglyceride is a bit high / The level is not alarming – Normal = less than 150 / Borderline = 150 to 199 / High = 200 to 499 / Very high = 500 or higher.
A full 14-hour fasting is necessary for proper interpretation... Did you fast?
It is generally genetic [inherited /running in family]
Eat fewer calories / Limit natural sugars / Eat small, frequent meals and do not skip meals
Avoid late-night snacking / Add omega-3 fats in your diet
Lose weight if you are overweight
Do regular physical activity – at least half an hour a day / 5 days in a week
Repeat the tests in 2 to 3 months

Your symptoms do not suggest Coronary Artery Disease (CAD)… which is rather unusual at this age.
You have not said of any characteristics of the pain – pain from the heart is oppressing, in central chest (and left), worse on effort, relieved by rest, may radiate to shoulders and arms, associated with sweating and so on.
This could be from Stress / Anxiety
It is wiser to look and see rather than wait and guess
Appropriate treatment demands accurate diagnosis
And diagnosis demands examination; probably investigation too; get examined

Good luck
God bless you
