Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection, tablet norflox and diclo, drink plenty of water.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM

I have gone through your query. Based on the information she might be having urinary tract infection.

I would suggest urine routine and culture. If urine routine is normal than abdomen ultrasound I would have suggested.
I would have treated in my clinic with tablet norfloxacin, and a pain killer like diclofenac.
I suggest you to drink plenty of water and drink cranberry juice which is found to be effective in UTI.
As the drugs are prescription based agents, I would suggest you to see doctor for a prescription.

Hope this helps.
Take care.

Hi
Good to hear from you.

I would suggest you to take her to doctor for further evaluation. One has to rule out any urethral stones.

Hope this helps.
