Question: right side of jaw hurts and swollen,curious of what that can be ,never has hurt before.Suggestions?

Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as the pain and swelling in the jaw is concerned, it can be because of tooth infection which has resulted in space infection. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. You need to get a radiograph like orthopantomograph done to confirm the diagnosis.
Meanwhile you can take a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole ( if you are not allergic).
Once the diagnosis is confirmed we can manage accordingly.
Please upload the images of the swelling for better diagnosis.
