If you are unable to control your urine, then you are suffering from overactive bladder or mixed incontinence. This can be diagnosed with URODYNAMIC STUDIES by a urologist and then accordingly treatment can be directed in form of medication or a urethral sling surgery for a possible stress urinary incontinence element along with overactive bladder.
A thorough exam needs to done before contemplating a plan. So it is suggested that you should meet your urologist for further opinion, advise and evaluation.

okay if there is stool incontinence then there is laxity of anal sphincter likely external sphincter. The anal tone can be improved with sphincteroplasty or simply re-inforcing the external sphincter. You may visit your surgeon for an anal exam and evaluation of the laxity with an anal ultrasound, post which the decision of sphincteroplasty may be undertaken.
