Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic and thanks for putting up the query
Oral thrush usually don't take such a long time to heal. Please get your blood sugar levels done and a oral swab for culture sensitivity done to confirm what infection is it.
Start using a topical antifungal like clitrimazole mouth paint 4 to 5 times a day. Avoid spitting for 15 minutes or rinsing mouth for 15 minutes after you apply it.
Use hexidine gargles.
If possible please send me the pictures of your lesions so that I can suggest you better.
taste can alter in any oral infection. Take tablet vitamin c once daily.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available only on prescription.
Take care
Thanks and regards
