Suggest Treatment For Oral Thrush

Question: I have had thrush for 1 month and have taken Nystain and another prescription and its not getting any better. Is it normal for it to last this long. I have lost my taste and I am a chef so its really horrible.

Welcome to HealthcareMagic and thanks for putting up the query
Oral thrush usually don't take such a long time to heal. Please get your blood sugar levels done and a oral swab for culture sensitivity done to confirm what infection is it.
Start using a topical antifungal like clitrimazole mouth paint 4 to 5 times a day. Avoid spitting for 15 minutes or rinsing mouth for 15 minutes after you apply it.
Use hexidine gargles.
If possible please send me the pictures of your lesions so that I can suggest you better.
taste can alter in any oral infection. Take tablet vitamin c once daily.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available only on prescription.
