Brief Answer:
Apply SSD ointment and active movement of the hand is advisable

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome to health care magic
I had gone through your photograph and I will definitely help you in best possible way.

Since it has been already 4 days so you need not to worry much, it's just superficial burns and it will heal with few scars.

I would advise you to apply silver sulfadiazine cream and keep it clean and moist .
Move your hand in all directions and exposure to direct sunlight will add on to healing fast.

In my opinion it will heal with minimal scar so just relax, it may take 7 to 10 days to heal completely

Hope this answers your question
please feel free to discuss further, I will be happy to help you.
Best wishes
