Brief Answer:
arthritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am Dr. Alok; pleased to answer your health related query
With your history, it seems that you have arthritis, which involve multiple joints. You need to see a rheumatologist as soon as possible.

Remember, neuropathy does not cause swelling. It explains the burning and numbness, however appearance of swelling involving both upper and lower limbs is not typical of neuropathy. I will urge you to visit your treating doctor and discuss about arthritis. If he/she feels appropriate, you should see a rheumatologist soon. A details evaluation will be necessary to confirm this illness.

Hope this helped you. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
