Brief Answer:
Antacids and bland diet.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
I can understand your concern.
There are lot of reasons of pain in RUQ of abdomen, like
1.Gastritis
2.Duodenitis.
3.cholecystitis or stones in gall bladder.
4.some liver ailments.
5.Kidney ailments.
6.Right lower lobe of lung pathology.
In your case it seems it may be mild gastritis and gas due to medication taken a few days back.
I would suggest you to take antacids tablets or syrup twice after meals.
Take bland diet and avoid spicy food , tea coffee and alcohol.
If not relieved in 24 hours or increase in pain , you need to go through an ultra sound abdomen to rule out other possibilities.
Please also feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.
Good luck.

Thank you for getting back to me. I will try your suggestions. The pain is primarily only when I take a very deep breath, or yawn. The nausea has subsided, however I still burp frequently. I am also very tired. I tried to make a doctor's appointment, however where I live noone is available. My only opiton would be to go to the Emergency department, and I aht to go there if this is not an emergency. Am I making the correct decision?
Could this also be an ulcer?

Brief Answer:
This is not an emergency

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
You are making a right decision, This is not an emergency .
This seems to be gastritis, and your condition should improve after antacids.
It may not be ulcer, as ulcer takes little more time to develop.
Apply heating pad or hot water bottle to affected area, It will improve if it pains while deep breathing and yawning.
Drink lot of water.
Hope I have answered your query.
