Brief Answer:
Take precautions and treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
If all other investigations are normal then there are two possibilities.
First, migraine headache with aura: This can have premonitory symptoms before headache and aura as visual, auditory or sensory phenomenon. Headache comes later on.
The treatment for this require prevention like timely meals and sleep, avoid excessive lights, sound, fasting, sleep disturbances, coffee , chocolates.
Drugs like flunarizine, amitriptyline or divalproate may be taken.
Second possibility may be complex partial seizures. It will require EEG and MRI epilepsy protocol. Treatment comprises anti-epileptics like oxcarbazepine, levetiracetam, valproate.
I will suggest to follow all advises given for migraine and start divalproate as it will be helpful both in migraine and seizures.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
