Brief Answer:
Need to get a brain scan done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms, and feel that you need to be investigated.

Migraine may last for two days, however, it is uncommon to have weakness of arm during a migraine attack. Dizziness may occur with migraine.

So, we need to exclude brain ischemia (lack of blood flow to brain) as a cause of your symptoms. People with migraine and RA have a higher risk of getting brain ischemia. An MRI of brain would sort out the diagnosis.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
