My partner who is suffering from PAH, has noticed lumps in the collar bone area.
What could this be doctor?

PAH is usually not associated with such lesions.
Please give details about the lumps for me to assist you better:
- Since when are the lumps present?
- How many?
- Details:
Size, shape, surface?
Fixity to the skin and/or deeper structures? or mobile?
Overlying skin color, temperature?
Painless or painful, tenderness?
Any focus of infection in face/neck/scalp?

Please post clear and focused photographs as it helps sometimes for on-the-spot diagnosis.

- Since when are the lumps present?
There are 2 lumps doctor, one is from a month and another from a week now

- Details: Size, shape, surface?
They are shaped like a ball

Fixity to the skin and/or deeper structures? or mobile?
They are XXXXXXX doctor

Overlying skin color, temperature?
The skin color is consistent even over the lumps doctor

Painless or painful, tenderness?
Painless doctor and its little hard and movable.

Any focus of infection in face/neck/scalp?
No indication of any infection as of now doctor

HRUSG and FNAC for conclusive diagnosis.

Hi.
Thanks for your feedback and images.
These are indicative of these being lymph nodes most probably as per the description you have given and images provided.
Please go for the following:
Clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon or an ENT Surgeon.
High resolution Ultrasound (HRUSG) and FNAC will be sufficient to get a confirmed diagnosis and rarely an excision biopsy is needed if FNAC is not conclusive.
Once diagnosed properly, then only a proper treatment can be instituted.
