Suggest Treatment For Lump On The Inner Thigh

Question: hi my son has a lump on his inner thigh, he has had an mri,
and they advise him to remove it and biopsy it is this routine or should I be worried,
they said they were not sure if it was a lipma, cyst or lyposarcoma, would he have any others symptons if it was liposarcoma, im scared

For liposarcoma it is very characteristic that the lump grows very fast. Lipoma grows slowly. So if this lump has not become larger recently, and is there for a long time, liposarcoma is hardly possible.

Liposarcoma also very often is large. Lipoma can be large only after many many years.
