Brief Answer:
Liposarcoma grows very fast.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
For liposarcoma it is very characteristic that the lump grows very fast. Lipoma grows slowly. So if this lump has not become larger recently, and is there for a long time, liposarcoma is hardly possible.
Liposarcoma also very often is large. Lipoma can be large only after many many years.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
