Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.

To recapitulate: Age and sex not mentioned (please mention)- Hirrenditus Supprivia ( Hidradenitis Suppuritiva) for years - on antibiotics for years now - lump on anal ring - stomach pain for month - falling asleep all the time - to toilet 9 times per day hard to poop - Can this be Crohns ?

From the history your have provided, it seems that the lots of antibiotics might have disturbed the intestinal bacterial flora to cause the symptoms you have.

The lump on the anal ring can be due to a prolapsed pile or a small cyst or an abscess.

If the Hidradenitis is not responding to the antibiotic treatment, surgical correction may be needed.

I would suggest you the following:
-First of all get a reference for a General Surgeon or a Gastroenterologist.
-Get a clinical evaluation and actual physical examination of the anal ring, Ano-proctoscopy and Colonoscopy done.
-Discuss the role of Prebiotic and probiotic, and get started on proper treatment.
-Take Yogurt and Bananas and avoid all the foods and beverages which start or increase your problems.
-Ultrasonography and / or CT scan as advised by your Specialist.
-Relevant blood, urine and stool tests.
-General Surgeon can guide you well for Hidradenitis too.

Crohn's is the diagnosis that can be made only by Colonoscopy and has to be proved by biopsy.

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis which is very important to get a proper treatment.
Please feel free to ask for further relevant questions if need be or if you feel that there is a gap-of -communication.
