Question: Hi I am 55 years old few days back big lump found near my shoulder and it is not paining wen touched and it is painful wen doing work herewith attached image of it.Kindly say me further action

A painless large lump near the shoulder blade can be a lipoma, a sebaceous cyst or a benign soft tissue tumor. In case the area is warm and painful then an infection needs to be ruled out.
The best way to diagnose about the nature of the lump is to get an MRI scan of the thorax done along with FNAC. Surgical resection and removal of the swelling is the main treatment in most of the cases.
