Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Mechanical back pain back pain due to bad posture , heavy work, improper positioning during sleep etc can be the cause for the lower back pain. An X-ray of your spine can be advised. If you have any nerve compression symptoms on the clinical exam then an MRI can be advised. A urinalysis and ultrasound of abdomen /pelvis should also be done to look for an infection or stone in the urinary tract. In the meanwhile ,Topical analgesics like voltral gel for pain and back exercises can be advised to relive pain and to improve the strength of back muscles. NSAIDs like etoricoxib and muscle relaxants like tizanidine can be advised to see for empiric improvement of the back pain if its muscle sprain.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
