Question: after some discussion about low libido, weight gain 2 months ago, my doctor and I decided to change
my antidepressent medican Prozac to Wellbutron. Since then I have had severe premature ejactualation.
The slightest stimulation causes orgasim. I believe the prozac held control it. Whould it make since to take both Prozac and wellbutorn at the same time?

You can take Prozac which is really helpful in premature(early) ejaculation as delayed ejaculation is a side effect of SSRI. However it may cause decrease in sexual desire. If you are comfortable with prozac and able to erect well, you can take it with wellbutrin up to 10-20mg.

One more suggestion from my side is you can add 10 mg clomipramine with wellbutrin which is very helpful in early ejaculation and no effect on erection or libido.So discuss with your doctor and choice is yours.
