Brief Answer: She is suffering from anemia and low Vitamin D. Detailed Answer: Hello XXXXX Thanks for writing to HCM Patient is suffering from low hemoglobin level(anemia).It is due to iron deficiency anemia. She also has low vitamin D level. She should take iron rich foods like green leaf vegetables,jaggery,dates,meat,chicken,fish etc. She regularly need iron-zinc and folic acid supplementation.She should also take vitamin C rich citrus fruits. For low vitamin D level,she can take vitamin D3 preparation available in XXXXXXX powder form.One XXXXXXX should be taken with XXXXXXX warm milk at night.One XXXXXXX should be taken weekly for 8 consecutive weeks then one XXXXXXX can be taken once in a month for four consecutive months.Besides this,she should adequately expose herself to sunlight periodically and take calcium rich food like milk,paneer etc. Other findings are within normal limit.
