Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
There are two possibilities:
1. Acute Acidity.
2. Acute Pancreatitis.
I would suggest you following:
1. To take a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone once a day
2. To take a pain killer like Tramadol.
3. To prefer liquid diet for a day or two.
4. To take a lot of water.
In case the pain increases intensity or vomiting s persists you should see a nearby physician for diagnosis of Acute Pancreatitis.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
