Question: Hi,
I do not feel in peak state .
As I am reaching 47 years old, I feel less energized.
For instance I would like to make some blood tests to check my levels but do not find the time and energy to do it.
What do you think of those supplements to grow younger ?
Are they safe ? what would be your first recommendations for self care ?

These are helpful , but should be taken in required quantities., can be taken as supplements. Antioxidants are do present in our diet, you can use diet rich in anti oxidants like lemon juice, fresh fruits.
Along with them mainly need to concentrate on your diet- rich in fruits and vegetables, have minimum 3-4lit of water per day. Regular exercise is very good for heart and other organs. Mind relaxing exercises are useful to reduce stress.
