Brief Answer:
Possible herpes zoster

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM,

I saw carefully your picture.
It looks like lesions of herpes zoster.

In order to confirm that, I would like to know if the lessions are painful, like a burning sensation, and itchy as well?
Do you have lesions like them at the tip of your nose as well?
Do you have swollen lymph nodes somewhere in your hear (behind your ears, in your neck, ect)?

I will need all this information to confirm the diagnoses.
If it is herpes zoster you will need immediately oral treatment, and it is very important to take it the first 48 hours that the blisters appear.

You may also need a prescription to take the medicines in the case of herpes zoster.

Let me know the information above, and I will be happy to help with further thoughts about those lesions.

Hope this is helpful.

Regards,

Brief Answer:
Yes, it can be herpes, but not sexually transmitted herpes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Yes, that is the most possible option.
But, its not the Herpes type that is sexually transmitted, but the type that you may have gotten when/if you have passed Varicella zoster (Chicken pox) when you was a child.

I would recommend to go immediately to your local doctor and take treatment(ACYCLOVIR). It may cause serious problems if you don't start it as soon as possible.

Let me know if you have further concerns.
Regards
