Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on the history you gave , its most likely related to the strenuous work. Rhabdomyolysis due to lovastatin use is one of the differential and possibilities. However , if you don't have myalgias, myopathies, myoglobinuria and an elevated CPK then its not likely to be related to rhabdomyolysis.

Muscle relaxants like tizanidine or orphenadrine and paracetamol combination initially and if severe then NSAIDs like lornoxicam or diclofenac can be advised as empiric treatment. Most likely the cramps would improve.

If the symptoms persist or worsens the workup described should be considered after consulting your doctor.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
