Brief Answer:
Modify sexual technique.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
What you are experiencing is a lack of lubrication.
In no way does this stop you from having a child, but it can lead to a sexual life which is not pleasurable.
You can use the following tips for heightened lubrication during sex -
1. Always engage in fulfilling foreplay. Ask your husband to touch you and stimulate you in your erotic zones and you do the same for him likewise. Penetration straightaway without proper foreplay results in dryness of vagina.
2. Have a relaxing atmosphere. Soft lights, soothing music, good ambience, invest in nice lingerie - sex should not be just an activity, but a recreation for both of you.
3. Talk to your husband, and ask him to co operate with you. Lengthen the duration of foreplay and then ask him to enter the vagina.
4. If none of this helps you can use a lubricant such as KY jelly.
5. You can have couple sexual counselling with a Sexual Counsellor to know the modifications in sexual technique that can make intercourse more pleasurable for both of you.

Since you have no itching, pain , tenderness or foul smelling discharge, vaginal infection is ruled out and you are mostly having lack of lubrication due to psychological issues / improper sexual technique / fast and hurried sex without enough foreplay.
Work on these issues.
All the best
