Brief Answer:
Acne

Detailed Answer:
Hello. thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have reviewed your image.

You seem to have acne.

Wash your face with a gentle cleanser e.g Cetaphil cleansing lotion,2x daily.

I suggest you to use Clindac A 1% solution during day time and Deriva CMS gel for night time application.

In addition you may take Cap. Microdox LBX (Doxycycline), 2x daily for 2-4 weeks.
