Eczematous dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

I am D. Kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern. I have also viewed the images.
In thid image i can see that you son has patches of eczematous dermatitis. I suggest you to use a moisturizer ovr his area, at least 3-4 times in a day. In addition I suggest you to apply a moderately potent topical steroid cream over the patches e.g fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream( Flutivate cream), twice daily
You may also give him syp. teczine (2.5mg/5ml), 1/2 tsf once daily at night.
Use a nikd soap for hi. e.g Johnson's baby soap or Dove soap or Pears soap

Regards
