Brief Answer:
Its likely a atrial fibrillation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You are likely having atrial fibrillation. You are already receiving medicines for that.
It many a times occurs due to old age itself, however we usually get some tests done in our patients to rule out other associated heart problems. Also, ecg to confirm it and 24 holter is ecg is normal and not informative. Also, if not yet done, you should have echo, and stress test like Stress thallium or ct coronary angiography if echo is normal.
In treatment, there are two aspects, one is control of rate and other is rhythm control (restoring regularity). So usually, most patients are just given rate control, as rhythm control is difficult and has more side effects.
So you are having carvedilol for rate control and Amiodarone for rhythm control. But, Amiodarone I guess is not entirely successful in you and giving you intermittent episodes. So another option is to change to other antiarrhythmics drug like flecainide. But, if it's not troublesome then it's better to stay on just Amiodarone.
Also, another aspect is of blood thinner or anticoagulation to prevent blood clot formation and risk of stroke. I you are not receiving blood thinners yet.
So discuss all these aspects with your local doctor.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
Should has eliquis in low dose or dabigatran

Detailed Answer:
Okay..I guess you are hypertensive and previously heart function was on lower side. So your chadvasc score is 3-4. So anticoagulation is indicatied. So you should either have low dose eliquis, or other anticoagulation like dabigatran or rivaroxaban to reduce risk stroke, instead of aspirin. Aspirin is not sufficient.
Next thing, you are likely having intermittent a fib, and you may get 24 hour Holter monitoring done to confirm it. In management as I mentioned earlier, you may just bear it or change to other drug like flecainide instead of Amiodarone. There is no additional benefit of rhythm remaining regular other than your symptoms. Also, other antiarrhythmic medicines have considerable side effects.
Alternatively, you may request your doctor to hike up dose of Amiodarone for a short period and then again to original dose.
