Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Best initial method for treating stabbing back pain is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day after meals for 2-3 days or till pain is relieved. If pain is not relieved by this then strong analgesic such as tramadol is given. Omperazole empty stomach can be taken to prevent acidity caused by analgesic. It is most likely lumbar disc prolapse or muscular pain. Next step is to further investigate the cause by MRI of lumbar spine and ultrasound of abdomen. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
