Suggest Treatment For Insect Bite

Question: This is in continuation to the issues which you really helped to get it under control.
Insect bite - applied Flucibet. ( I hope mentioned it right)
Attached photo's now is that the skin below the arms are started drying and rough also the skin at the inside of elbow region is also turn rough and color change from the rest of the skin. There is a small eruption which is yet to be settled. Do you advise any change in the cream / ointment to get it to the regular skin.

Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and gone through your complaints.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream (tenovate cream) on the affected areas twice daily along with application of a good moisturising lotion like cetaphil moisturising lotion on the entire arm 2-3 times in a day.
