Question: Hello, I was wondering if this is a spider bite? If so, should I go to ER?
(no spider was seen, no pain felt)

This certainly is an insect bite but not possible to see whether this is spider bite or not. (and no spider was seen, there is no pain as per your history).
It has a typical edema, peripheral redness and 2 marks which may be due to bite or scratching.
Yes, I think it is better to go to ER as you will get appropriate medicines which may need a prescription.

Please tell me since when has this happened?
