Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, welcome to HCM and thanks for choosing us for your health related queries.

I understand your concerns about your condition. In my opinion you have got indigestion which has resulted in to acidity or vice versa. This is the reason behind your problem of bringing out whatever you eat. Pantoperazole is certainly a right medicine but if you have taken it in tablet form , it might not have got time to complete its action. You can request your doctor to prescribe an injection of antacids like Pantoperazole or ranitidine.

Also request him to prescribe antiemetics for symptomatic relief. Get your blood pressure checked and take fluids to replace the fluid loss. If nothing stays in your stomach, you may require intravenous fluids. You will be fine in some time. Take adequate rest.

I hope my reply will help you. Please write to us for more information and follow up queries. I wish you good health and rapid recovery. Thanks
