Question: I cant hold my urine anymore even if its an insignificant amount. Ive had uti's in the past. What could be the cause & how do i improve my bladder strength?

THANKS FOR The query,
If you have been experiencing increased frequency of urine and urgency then it is likely that you are suffering from a urinary tract infection. It is important to get a urine culture sensitivity done to isolate the organism and then direct the treatment. It is important to complete the course of treatment to reduce chances of recurrences. Also a sufficient water intake has to be maintained daily about 5-6 litres in a day to allow adequate kidney function and lesser chances of stagnancy and hence infection.
